Each year, business and community volunteers help to
make our exciting Spring Gala benefit happen. If you
are someone who wants to make a difference and meet
interesting, energetic people like yourself, please
let us hear from you!
Join the Sponsor Committee
You will join other noted business leaders to generate
awareness and support for our Annual Spring Gala. Specifically,
we count on you to recruit your business as one of the
event sponsors, help identify other potential sponsors,
and serve as one of CIP's Ambassadors of Good Will at
the event itself. The Sponsor Committee targets and
contacts businesses for $500-$20,000 sponsorships. Monthly
meetings begin in September. Members will learn about
the history of CIP and will be given a support packet
to use while calling, connecting, and meeting with potential
sponsors.

Join the Event Planning Committee
The Event Planning Committee helps plan the annual
major CIP fundraising event. They brainstorm the theme,
location, menu, wine tasting, etc. Work on this committee
lasts from September through May.

Auction Committee
The Auction Committee targets and contacts businesses
to collect auction items. This is a five month commitment
that begins in September. Each committee member gathers
at least twenty auction items. During the first meeting,
members will be informed about the history of CIP and
learn about auction donor benefits including auction
donor publicity. Each Auction Committee Member is given
a support packet to use while calling, connecting, and
meeting with potential auction donors.
