Ticket To Ride Takes Off!
CIP's 16th annual spring gala, Ticket to Ride, a fun
event with a Beatles twist, takes off on Saturday, May
15, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, at the newly remodeled Smith
Ranch Airport in Hanger 1, conveniently located off
McInnis Parkway in San Rafael. We are delighted to welcome
back vibrant entertainment reporter Jan Wahl as our
Mistress of Ceremonies and Auctioneer for the evening.
Gourmet food stations will be provided by some of Marin's
best restaurants, including Il Davide's owner David
Haydon and Stacy Scott Fine Catering, with more to be
announced! Wine tasting will be offered by fine California
wineries, including, among others, Cecchetti Wine Company,
Heitz Wine Cellars, and Starry Night Winery. StorkRavenMad,
back by popular demand, will deliver a delightful array
of Beatles favorites to get you up and dancing! An exclusive
Air Show and very select Live and Silent Auctions will
top the evening.
 We
have two great raffle items this year so don't miss
out! The first is a two nights stay for two at The Pelican
Inn located in Muir Beach. (Value $410) The second is
a fantastic Champagne Sunday Brunch for Two atThe Cliff
House in San Francisco (Value $100).

Tickets Now! As CIP's primary fund raiser, the event
generates vital funding that translates into stronger,
healthier families and new hope for those less fortunate.
All proceeds from the event go to provide vital funding
for CIP's quality, affordable services throughout the
year. "Families, children in our community need

high or urgent demand," states CIP Executive Director
Dr. Robin Joy Berenson. "Just as families in need
